Where are the fountains in "fountain square"?

there are no foutians in foutain square, there are trees, reason being i dont know why, walk in the to ECC building and ask they may know.

There used to be a fountain at fountain square. Ppl used to put soap in it pretty regularly. I don't know where the fountain wound up. Some old mayor's yard, maybe? lol
