Unfortunately your right. Far too often a woman tries to use the guise of abuse and the judicial system as a means of getting attention, the marital assets, and getting rid of thier so called problem. This causes far more damage to everyone involved, not to mention those who truely are victimized. In this case, I've had the oportunity to review the complaints, and I'm truely surprized that more scrutiny hasn't been given to the girl and mother. If they're not carefull they could be on the other end of a serious civil suite. Seldom does anyone come out ahead in situations like this.

I guess your really not up on your current events. Mr. Green is not in jail, and he was very much alive when he walked out. And, I have not heard or seen her use the word "rape." If you want to really know what rape looks like, try visiting a rape crissis center. It is a very sad sight.

So where is Mr.Green now in jail, for violating his conditions of release! There went 5000 dollars down the toilet. Now he has officially been charged 6 count 2nd degree felonies. Only God determines whose guilty! Justice will be served!

Well he is back in jail now and charged! On Nov 12 he will be charged with Rape of a minor in TorC. He deserves no mercy!

But even then he violated Sierra Counties Bond conditions of release so they inturn will turn around and pick him up, and that 20 grand will go down the toilet!Well the word rape has not been used in Luna County but Will be used in Sierra County November 12th at 8:30, if his attorney is on time!

Really you know things about the case, then you got his version of the story how sad for you to actually believe him! He got her drunk and RAPED her!! When a male forces himself on a female without her concent it is Rape and a worse Felony when she's a minor!

You really don't know what you are talking about. In his release for Sierra County he has permission to go to Luna County, so I guess you really don't know what you think you know. I guess you don't know that you can only be a virgin ONCE. Even a poor retarded man could see right through the lies being told in court by the girl and her mother.
