Taking on another's moniker in the hopes that you my have a 'readership' based on their reputation is pathetic. If you have an 'education' or an 'opinion', get hones about it, stand behind your own words. As for me, I stand behind our Governor 100%. I voted for her and would again and again and again. She's protecting all citizens of this state. Unlike Richardson who was a 'politician's politician'...what an embarrassment! Even Johnson is less embarrassing than Richardson. Johnson failed everything. My advice? you don't have a moniker, anyone can use it. don't like , do some work. No one is dumber than you repubs.

My advice to you...if you have a legitimate opinion...be creative..don't rely on those who have been online for 'years'...and have a certain reputation. I in 'NO' way support Johnson...and for those who know me, know...I support our current elected governor. And yes, the 'moniker' is how we represent ourselves...you're right tho, anyone can use it....pathetic as it is, it happens. And I don't 'like'....do your own work...use your imagination...create your own alias...stay in touch with the current topixs issues....with your own moniker...pathetic.

To whoever judged my post that is truly distasteful. I figured it was going to happen because the one person that has consistently done so is purely without class. Be thankful what happened to my brother didn't happen to you. Thank God there are better people than you in this world. Too bad you and I may never meet or maybe we have and you weren't brave enough to admit who you were, either way I shouldn't have expected you to respect my brother. The only thing you know is hate. To everyone else I appreciate your words and support. The one thing I have learned in all of this is that life is basically pointless. You fight everyday to make a living, support family, and try to enjoy what little time you have and in a split second it's all gone. And the most disgusting thing is that each of us deal with the most hateful people who seek solely to destroy all that we have. In the end hateful people are only remembered for the hateful and evil acts they committed. People of peace and love are remembered for changing lives, helping others, and other positive works. As I said my brother will always be a better person than Martinez. Can anyone name any positive act or life changing thing Martinez has done? If all you can come up with is she got somebody convicted, try again. A conviction isn't life changing nor positive to he extent that it can be paid forward. She's a fraud, a liar and a cheat.

I do not mean life is pointless implying suicide. I mean pointless because "absent from the body, present with the Lord" questions why even be here if the whole point is to be present with God? Why do people have to even go through the trials of life when the whole goal is to spend eternity with God? The point is we are here to help one another, better ourselves and each other. If someone is going through any ordeal we are supposed to reach out and help them to the best of our abilities. Lend a hand, go out of our way to help someone, anyone and everyone we can. If it weren't for the hateful, evil people there never would be any trials or ordeals. Earth would practically be Utopia and the need to recognize God would be miniscule or useless. The reward of heaven isn't given because you believe for "even the demons believe and tremble." The reward of heaven isn't given because one has done a lot of works. There are plenty of people who do a lot of things, but they do them for their own public glorification. They want people to talk about how great they are. Go into the world wanting to help people, not for yourself, but truly for them. Keep yourself humble. If someone wants to praise you for what you have done direct their praise towards God. For He gave you the ability to do it. You did not give yourself life. Take what he has given and do something positive, go out and do great things in His name. Lift Him up. Let he who hath an ear...

Buy a lawyer. Friend of mine ,was in your position. got a lawyer, got everything beat down-he had a dui, speeding over 15, and lane change or reckless depending on the drugs the cop filed with, which is ten points. He got it all dropped but the speeing he plead guilty too, got Defensive Driving School, and that removed, but he had to get a lawyer and spend 1500$ for it. He was not guilty. They tried to force him to accept a probation officer, before trial. They then offered him to plead guilty, then be on probation for 3 years. He's deaf, and retarded. Cops get paid for how many arrests they make, not if they are good. I suggested the lawyer, he took it, won hands down. They discriminated against him. I'm sure you are not guilty, and you are also being discriminated against too. Lookit, your prosecutor, now turned governor, made racial jokes about blacks, and sent them from work. She's a bigot. Don't carry water for her, get a lawyer. But lookit who the state chooses for supreme executive- a mindless trailer trash bigot. Fight the power, and do not wait. get a real lawyer.

The DA's office has their own book out! Talk about sticking to the issues. Author Mr. Rivera seems to be sticking it to former DA Martinez down at the 3rd Judicial District Court. www.disitegratingjustice.com

antifiction wrote: <quoted text> Ashley Meeks focuses on the fiction, Mr. Rivera's book the Rivas' witch-hunt by the 3rd Judicial District Court is non-fiction. Just so you know... My trial was moved to 60 days from now. All because the attorneys made no effort to contact the witnesses I submitted. Something about the 6th Amendment??? Seems the prosecution and even my own attorney fail to see the importance of having witnesses who will testify on my behalf. First my attorney told the court that my witnesses weren't relevant. The judge kinda smirked and asked "How are alibi witnesses not relevant?" During that same day, January 19th, the judge asked if the prosecutor had even seen the list I submitted and she said and I quote, "No. He didn't send it to us. I'm only familiar with some of those names because of his civil suit." A few minutes later after the judge said there was a problem knowing a list had been submitted and no one interviewed any of them. So he asked myself and my attorney to go over the list. My attorney said, "I don't have a copy." and then the prosecutor said AND I QUOTE, "Here you can use mine." She then got up and retrieved a copy out of her stuff. Didn't she just say she didn't see it? Didn't she just say I didn't send them a copy? So how the hell does she have one?!?!?!?!? These people just lie and they don't care that they're lying. On Wednesday, February 15th both attorneys lied saying that they tried contacting the witnesses. My attorney said he couldn't because there were no phone numbers. So this guy is pretty lazy if he can't open a phone book or use the internet and pull up most of the people I had listed. For instance here's how easy it is to get in touch with Darin Spence: http://www.bartonccc.edu/athletics/wbasketbal... Simple search. So my attorney, flat out lying. As for the prosecutor she got specific she said that she tried contacting everyone and that she couldn't find anyone. The judge said she shouldn't have had a problem contacting an El Paso police officer or a Deputy Sheriff. She then said, "Well I tried contacting the one with the El Paso Times and he's no longer there, he retired." Really? Let's Ruben Ramirez... http://www.elpasotimes.com/customerservice His name is under Newsroom ~ Photo Editor Every time I go to court somebody flat out lies about something and it's too damn easy to point out how bad their lying is. They need to work on telling better lies, you know like the kind Susana Martinez tells.
