Judgment doesn't faze entrepreneur

It sure seems like this is just a problem waiting to happen.

Arbitration is the problem here. If Lee had been convicted of fraud in a court, then he would not be elegible to serve as a corporate officer. Lee sounds like a shady guy and I'm sure that he was the one who pushed for arbitration.

If this business ends up thriving as Lee predicted, it just proves that greed run our country and we are all going to hell. I hope to god this isn't the case.

Guys like this seem to get a company public then churn investment based on a model and hope (hype) then sell or buy another company and tout the potential of the new venture. They seem so shady as to be crooked but they seem to get away with it. I don't know how regulators let them exist.

As with anything a quick background check will reveal what this guy is all about. Now that we have seen this and other scams throughout the USA, if someone get caught up with this guy it is because they did not do their due diligence.

Did Lee think that an article about him was good publicity for his company? Are you serious?

aside from her having an ex husband that is an attorney that investigates issues such as this,he won't have anyting to do with her because she is such a psycho herself and than she marries the HVAC repair man that comes out to her house to give her an estimate??

Shaun Lee falls under the Very Bad one!

I for one know that all information such as law suits are considered public record and as long as one knows what to look up you can have a field day doing it.(Tyde and Element Service Inc just to name a few).
I know that a certain former employee has had to take him to the labor board of California for wages owed because he for some reason felt like he didn't need to pay that person for the work that person did.
This former employee is a single parent that doesn't live off the system and worked hard for what he paid her only for him to fire her on a Saturday after her check wouldn't clear at the bank, but in the mean time his 5 car payments were made???
She has been fighting for her last paycheck since I believe May 2007 and it is now January 2008, what does that tell you about his charactor? She now has to go back to a formal hearing to get her pay after the labor board has already told him that the bottom line is that he owes her the money and he has yet to pay her once again.
He has gone as far as filing false police reports saying she embezeled a cell phone from him when her job was to use a cell phone 24-7 and she had a stand by cell just incase and she honestly forgot to give that one back and has since given it back but it didnt stop the El Segundo police from calling her up on several occasions questioning her about the cell phone.
Whats really classic is that he has a judgement for embezelment against him.
I am a El Segundo resident and also a business owner here and so I know how it works when an outsider is accused of something, i've seen it several times being a resident for over 18 years now.
I remember reading the last artical about him that stated he wanted to retire young so he could "volunteer" and do "charity work" or something to that effect. Come on now, We should all put him in for sainthood, but as I have witnessed him first hand because I have seen the police report of him throwing a box at that employee when she went to pick up her belongings from him and being a friend to that person for the last 20 something years, I can tell you that my friend wouldnt say something that wasn't true especially to me.
Whatever the case is, who is this man to even think that one should work for free, after all he gets his money from unknowing suckers that think their investing in something and he takes their money and goes for long vacaions out of the country or spends it on women.
I think we all need to stay clear from Shaun Lee and he needs to be put away where all the other criminals belong!!!
I know my friend is going to be upset about this being put out for all to see but I'm sorry I just can't sit back and just let this happen with out voicing my opinion.

How Reckless and Libelous and Sick You Are!!

Most of the scandalous comments here appear to be the product of the "psycho" fired employee, a CONVICTED FELON, who was apparently the major source behind this story.

The Daily Breeze should be ashamed for not vetting this person thoroughly. A CONVICTED FELON is your source? I believe in freedom of the press and free speech, but I wince that postings like those above can be taken as serious sand factual.

The Internet and postings such as these are fairly new legal ground, but no one is immune from CURRENT laws against defaming someone with outright lies, fabrications, and personal attacks on someone's spouse or family. Not only will you get burned in a court of law, but KARMA will make sure you burn in hell for any damage you create.

I find it SO bizarre that the so-called "friend" of the aggrieved ex-employee (disgruntled ex-employee is probably a better and more accurate description) would know so much intimate detail.

The reason El Segundo policed are taking this matter seriously is they know a liar and a fraud when they see one and the evidence against this ex-employee from hell speaks for itself, not to mention the fact that you're a CONVICTED FELON and Shaun Lee's mistake was being a nice guy by trying to give you a chance to work and prove you weren't such a piece of crap.

Well, shame on Shaun for thinking you had ANY redeeming value left in your sorry-ass carcass.

I don't know Shaun Lee very well at all, but even if he was half as bad as you claim, he provides good jobs for a lot of people and has a strong client base of very smart people who know that what they're buying from him is a product they need and only he can provide.

I have first hand knowledge about this guy.....I have one word to describe shaun lee......SCUMBAG. He gets away with murder . He lives off of other peoples hard earned money, ye he has charisma, and it is dangerous. I have 11 bounced check from this guy in my file drawer, I know someone else who has probably a hundred more. yet another friend of mine had to remortgage his house after "investing" in element service. Oh yeah, and dont forget about the employees who's social security numbers were used to open credit card accounts ... yeah identity theft is just another service shaun offers. If it aint nailed down, shaun will steel it.

have you gone to the police. is anyone trying to put this guy away. there is alot more that has gone on recently and he should be under investigation. Why would anyone invest with him and this stupid idea of a company he has. how exactly has he been able to fool so many people for such a long time? These people who have money to invest cant be that stupid to not check him out. I hope the detectives are on to him and can nail him for an even bigger crime than bouncing checks. He should be in prison forever.
