I have a hypothesis. That area they disappeared in has been a hot spot for Bigfoot sightings. I wonder if a family of Bigfoots captured them. The dog was left behind, because Bigfoots hate dogs

We have accused everyone and everything of doing away with the Jamison family except the LOCH NESS MONSTER. I had a dream and a vision last night where I saw the LOCH NESS MONSTER that lives in Eufaula Lake take the Jamison family and the Jamisons are living in an under water cave with the Loch Ness Monster. My vision showed the Jamisons as being very happy and content in their new life with the Loch Ness Monster.

So, they have not found them yet? well, people do not know the long list of missing men, women and children here in the US. and also the long list of dead bodies they have found and could not put an id to them. it is almost unbelieveable. I mean who knew there are so many killers among us. truthfully we as a nation watch more violent movies that the movie industry will not sell if it is not have sex and violence in it...

The MAJORITY of people that are murdered are murdered either by family members or close friends of the murdered person.

The Jamisons are alive, well and happy, living the good life. The majority of people realize that they were "duped" into believing that there was a missing family and have gone on with their lives. Call the FBI and they will tell you that there is no missing Jamison family. Why does the FBI still have pictures and info on their Missing Persons site if there is no missing family?

First saw this on Disappeared. One thought - if the Jamisons ARE alive, and someone has been trying to DISCOURAGE the search for them, they have done a piss-poor job.

Wouldn't there be many reasons the FBI would take a pass on a particular case, including obvious state jurisdiction (nothing over state lines), inability to contribute further due to lack of evidence, connections to ongoing investigation by another entity... And what exactly would one expect as a response from the FBI when a bunch of unknown Internet sleuths decide to call all the time about a case they aren't handling? Some agent to take your call and chat about the case? Uh, no. Don't anyone flatter themselves that they were the only one who called. No one even got past the receptionist and she is surely trained to filter calls accordingly. You got a pat answer "Are you reporting a crime? Then buh-bye."

I suppose there could be instances where local and fed LE disagree, and they both decide to move forward in a different way. But I think more likely the FBI would share evidence with state and local authorities, especially if it resolved the case, rather than allowing them to waste resources for nothing? Likewise with the witness protection program. They aren't going to allow anyone in the program to be broadcast on national Tv as missing. This isn't TV, full of conspiracies and unlikely drama. These people running these agencies are generally, if not universally, pretty intelligent, and have their own connections to make sure that doesn't happen.

Likewise with Niki. Wouldn't someone have whispered in her ear, "hey, stfu" by now? She has done a phenomenal job as a one-woman publicity generator. Kudos!

Hmmm... Would they purposely leave the dog to suffer a horrible death, just to throw people off their trail?[Could they not have not taken the dog, left her somewhere, like at home outside where she would be sure to be found, a la the McStays?] Likewise with their leaving the truck with everything in it, including the pup, voluntarily, yet taking Madyson. Why would you say "Come on Maddy, let's all get out and chat with BLAH... Leave the dog and cell phone. Let me just grab my gun and brown briefcase..." Huh? Seems more likely they were forced out at gunpoint by someone who knew about both Sherilyn's gun and the brown case, but NOT the $32k under the seat. And did not care about the dog, but only about getting them out of there with expediency...

Wonder does Niki still read? Could they have gotten involved with prescription drugs? I ask thinking it may have begun via the back pain? Maybe they thought they were "safer" since a Dr prescribed like so many seem to? And maybe you didn't recognize her as under an influence because you hadn't seen her on them?

The dog still bothers me, even when considering a murder/suicide... Why punish the dog? If you could kill your child and spouse, surely you could and would just put the dog out of its misery? Or why bring it at all???

Strange the complete surveillance tape has been kept under wraps, as far as I can find. Tough to tell what's going on in the snips on Disappeared... I always thought the idea of the lost keys and being steaming mad while stalking back and forth was quite plausible, based on the snips of tape shown. Wasn't a set of keys found under the seat? Hmmm... Did they have 2 sets, under the seat was the lost set, the second set was taken with them?

I think there are also many reasons a reward might not be offered, including LE already being inundated by helpful "tips" from a variety sources. Rewards are not found to statistically impact the solve rate of crimes. I think they are most useful in generating leads when they have nothing else and here they have quite a bit.

It generally is a process of elimination, and here I think without bodies, alive or dead, it's tough... Didn't some brilliant detective once say if you hear hoof beats look for horses not zebras (unless you're in Africa, I suppose...)

Feel like all I did was bring this full circle, back to local drug deal gone real bad. Unlikely they were met up there by chance, unlikely they voluntarily left their vehicle with that odd assortment of objects, possible drugs were involved per history, stress, and access to scripts for pain... If they did a voluntary vanishing act, they really should have made a better plan. Either that or they made a BRILLIANT plan by doing something so out of character with the dog and leaving the money someone like me just can't past it as an involuntary disappearance.
