Poor conduct by CPB Officer

Where exactly was the school police located when this happened? Was he on the bus? Was he on the road following the bus? Why did he not stop the kids from throwing things out the window of the bus?
If he wasn't there then how is he citing anyone for anything that did not happen in his presence? I never saw any mention of a school zone cop being anywhere around so how is it that he can cite anyone for anything?
Is it simply because some overreactive mother screams the loudest that now these wannabe cops can issue citations with no first hand knowledge of the incident?
If the cop was actually there then please give a reference as to where that was stated as I missed it.

One other note here. In all the articles I have read the CBP officer is on Admin duty and not Admin Leave. That is a very different status. He is simply riding a desk now but still on the job. The entire reporting of the incident has been very prejudicial against the LEO as is to be expected in this town.
As an example in the KVIA story they repeatedly stae at the begining that the CBP Officer forced the bus,"Off the road" giving the indication that he forced the bus to leave the actual road when in fact he got them to stop on the roadway in the breakdown lane.

Those dimwitted agents crack me up. Sitting in their trucks for 10 hours talking and texting and watching porn on their smart phones. That encompasses most of their shift. A bunch of those fools are on telemates or megamates chat lines.

I challenge ANY agent to disagree with me by turning in their smart phones so that the phones history can be evaluated!!!

Anyhow keep chating on those chat lines and coming home late. Your woman doesn't mind.

The complaint was field with the school district police and they went to him and gave him the citation. Whether he stopped them in the middle of the road or on the safety lane is of no consequence. The fact that he was upset so far as to go stop the bus while it was in-transit off duty is the problem. They cited him and he is no longer in the field. I carer less about whether KVIA, KFOX or KTSM have demonstrated their lack of sympathy with the Law Enforcement officers in the community, he gave all of us a black eye by doing something stupid and dangerous not only to the students but to the community and himself.

That is your opinion.
Had whatever the kid had thrown out of the bus caused an accident and killed someone would you still think he had given all LEOs a black eye?
I would only likje to give that CBP Officer the same courtesy that any citizen should get. He is being attacked in the press and by you here when none of us know the entire story.
The fact that he is still on the job shows me that he at least is being given an honest chance by the CBP IA People.
The EPISD Police issuing a citation for something they did not see and only have hearsay to substantiate is BS.
I will reserve my judgement until an investigation is complete.
If he is found to have acted outside his authority then I will support the CBP suspending him or taking whatever action they deem appropriate. That being said if he is found to have operated withing his authority and is cleared of any wrongdoing I would bet a donut to a dollar that not one of these people that are calling for his crucifixtion have the common courtesy to appologize.
