Actually my mom is Canadian my dad was America, both are Anglo/Irish.

It is another day for parasites that have done nothing for America but take advantage of the benefits and the freedom they don't have in other countries. The greatest thing is that those who are born here never have to worry about having the freedom taken away without cause. They are not rounded up like those in North Korea and made to march lock-step around a field to celebrate the leader's birthday. The are not thrown into gulags and hidden away for their political beliefs. They are not taken out of their homes because some cleric has determined they are of the wrong religious belief or sect. We have the right to believe in any or no God.

We have the right to voice our displeasure with our government as long as we down advocate the overthrow of the government by violent means. We have the right to vote for the man or woman of our choice to represent us in the government. We have the right not to vote if we wish.

We have the right to hoist our flag up high and force those who wish to have it taken down to cease and desist in their effort to silence us by the 1st amendment. We have a Supreme law of the land to back us up when others would tears us down.

I'm on cloud nine today. I'm a dyed in the wool American now that I'm a resident and I love this place. I was going to go to the parade but the directions got fouled up but I will be at the fireworks tonight celebrating my American joy. Can I still bring in wine coolers with me?
