Full story: El Paso Times

If people really want to know how to do the whole "make your own burrito" they need to see a place called Freebirds in Austin. THey have so many diffent choices of not only food to put in the burrito, but also the size and flavor of the tortilla.

Was El Paso really clamoring for another burrito place?

Had the pleasure of dining at Dos Pueblos last week for the first time and it was fabulous. The Basket Burrito was very filling and the meat excellent. If you are watching your calories that is the way to eat. I enjoyed the salsas and dressing. The salsa had a very unique flavor that added to the salad and the dressing. I would recommend Dos Pueblos to anyone who enjoys good flavorful dishes without the added calories.

Hell no, but El Pasoans are creatures of habit with low standards.
It's like every Juan, Sixto, and Manny in town has a brilliant idea:
"Ay, wifey, your burrreetos and tacos are muy bueno. We should open a beezness so we can sell them, and get reech, and maybe buy a muy fine double-wide."

Sorry to disappoint you but this place has an option to the tortilla stuffed with grease. It may have the name of "burrito" but you don't have to get it served with a "tortilla". Besides, it does not have fried meats just grilled meats and good veggies. You need to open your horizon just a bit.

I have a pretty broad horizon already: Crave, Toro, Chutney, Kleiness and Ardovino's (the desert crossing one)are a few of my favs;)

Dude, time to get glasses, EP has a very diverse cuisine, from many cultures. Did we need another Burrito place ? There are many steak places, many pizza joints, numerous hamburger places. Each believes they has a better product.

Any doubt about the diversity and number places to eat? Look around, as Iglesias, the comedian says " Oh, hell no" as a new category for "healthy" people.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Taurus

It's important that you leave yourself plenty of room to manouvres during the weeks ahead, as Mercury turns retro today, especially when it comes to making decisions and airing your opinions to the world. You need to be as flexible as possible right now, otherwise you could find that you've boxed yourself into a corner and have to do some serious back-tracking. You need to consider all points of view and not just your own.
