The popular fast food chain is in hot water now that the CEO has come out with hateful, bigoted comments about the gay community. Boston and Chicago have both banned the homophobic restaurant and I think El Paso should follow suit. It's a public safety matter because we don't want another Chico's incident with gays running wild in protest.

Hey perto or HHHJJJ or whatever your stupid name is, I feel that owner of the Business has the right to think as he wishes. He has his religious beliefs which are not yours. If you don't like them then to hell with you. He contributed a lot of money to Gay and Lesbian causes but does not have to go with the flow in his thinking. I have friends who are gay and they thankfully do not "display themselves" in public or at work. I also thing that unless you are proposing to someone you keep your hand clasped and lay off displays of affection that others find nauseating whether you are gay or straight.

Here, here. The chain does not discriminate and the CEO is entitles to his opinion. I personally think that gays doth protest too much. Back in my day, we didn't go out of the house in order to gyrate and carry on in public in such a lewd way. I personally plan to go there tonight to get a chicken in a biscuit which I find delicious.

Who cares if gays don't like chick fil A. The right for refusal of services is all American and a couple of gaylords are going to have any type of monetary impact on that business.

Me and Puppetmaster will be personally boycotting Chik-Fil-A!

And when Puppetmaster is finished molesting children in Florida we are going to get together with the flower arrainger guy and his group from Chico's and go and protest in front of Chik-Fil-A and try and make some extra money in the alley.

I am a proud, gay man who also happens to be Mexican. I agree with you that under normal circumstances a person should show restraint in public. However, what we gays have been doing is to draw attention to our plight with the best means available. Remember how the Revolution was started by the Boston Tea Party? That was a bunch of rebels who got liquored up, dressed as Indians and then raised hell with the British tea. The Folsom St. Fair is the same deal. In order to make progress towards civil rights, we gays have had to do all sorts of outrageous things in order to get people to notice. So when you see me and my friends engaging in crude and disgusting behavior, that's the reason. I personally don't enjoy being fisted, peed on, mutilated or humilated but that's a small price to pay for liberty. We don't normally flaunt our junk in public or whip it out and beat off while others are looking, but we do so in the name of the same spirit as the American patriots who founded our country. So don't be surprised to see all sorts of gross, degrading and perverse behavior at the Chik-Fil-A near you.

I've never heard anyone equate the Tea Party with lewd and lascivious behavior before. Wait a minute, isn't that what the modern Tea Party is all about? Bumping and grinding in a drunken stupor while sticking it to the poor and underprivileged in this country?

Disrupting a business who has gays and lesbians working within is going to cost them their jobs not because they are gay or lesbian but because you will end up shutting the business down for a short period of time. They will lose their part of the pay check because of your ignorance. I guess you can tell who works there is gay or lesbian right? It is not like their skin is a different color or their uniform is made differently?

Aren't you the one who tried to pull a hot chick at the Westside location last night? You sure sound like it. I hope you got lucky because she was a sweet piece of tail. Good for you if you were laid.

Everyone has the right to free speach. Part of that is voting with your feet and your dollar when you do not agree with the view point of the representative of that company.

When your a politician you are required by law to treat all equal regardless of your opinion of their opinion. In Chicago, Boston and San Francisco the mayors are clearly violating freedom of speach for their own means.

My suggestion is that anyone who backs freedom of speach (regardless of if you agree with CEO of Chick Fil A or not) should boycott Chicago, Boston and San Francisco based on those cities willingness to violate freedom of speach.

Individual can make their own decisions but when the government (Federal, state, county or city) and their leaders decide to discriminate then we have a big, big problem.

Sounds like the dipsh*t mayors of Chicago, Boston and San Francisco do not care about anyone's rights but theirs.

The CEO has done nothing wrong at all. He has personal beliefs and he has a right to express them.
These municipalities should be sued and fined for openly discriminating against his business.
The attitudes of these cities are the bigotted, prejudiced ones.
It would also serve some to remember that prior to it becoming Politically Expedient for him that obama had the same views. He has now flipped on them so he can pander to the gays for their votes. If I were gay I would be insulted by obama's flip much more than a guy like the Chik-Fil-La guy.

You can't be serious. Equating public displays of debauchery with the American Revolution? YOU need to change your tactics if you want any sympathy or support from me. I hope you are joking about what you plan to do.
