You have a bad attitude mister. This agent did know who he was shooting and he hit what he was shooting at. There was no crowd around this boy. They had already fled back across except for the Illegal the agent had in custody while he was getting rocked.

The case has already been thrown out of federal court and the agent was found within his rights to protect himself by using deadly force. The parents are trying to run a scam for a criminal son who was known to run illegals over the border.

EL PASO - Police are on scene of a deadly shooting in Downtown El Paso. That shooting happened around 1pm Saturday near Texas and Kansas. Tonight police are still blocking off that area.
Police say a man walked outside and found another man stealing from his car. There was some type of confrontation, and police say the car owner shot the burglar. A Spokesman for the El Paso Police Department says that man later died at a local hospital.

Car thieves get shot too.

Looks like crime has risk in Texas.
