Why don't you just call the various Federal law enforcement agencies and ask through the freedom of information act what their polices are, UR BS? Why should I have to furnish the information to you. I am no longer a Public servant.

Because you made the assertion, therefor it falls upon you to provide substantiation. Haveing been in law ebforcement you should be familiar with that concept. You accuse someone of something you must provie the proof that what you said is true. This is the same principal. You claimed that the Feds were prohibited from enforcing local laws so it falls on you to prove that you wre not simply blowing wind.
As I said I have looked on line and can find not such law. All I can find are standard procedures, and courtesies that are extended between agencies but no actual statute that prohibits it as you said.

TO UR BS: There is no written STATUTE fool. There is a written policy in each of the federal agencies that work with the EPPD and EPSO. The federals know better than to try to enforce any local law not made statute by the federal Government. They would not have the time to waste in municipal and Justice OF the Peace courts nor would their supervisors be happy with them spending time away from their more important jobs of finding corruption within the state and local governments and real time criminal activities like bank robberies, cyber crimes and child pornography crimes. So if you are so set on finding out what the status of enforcement on the public streets about roadway violations then call the FBI<DEA<Homeland Security offices. I am not required to hold your hand and walk you through this. You are supposed to be a big boy, ACT LIKE ONE>

That has been my point exactly fool!
You started this with the comment that the Feds were prohibited from enforcing local law. Prohibited inplies a staute not an agreement between agencies.
You made the claim I asked you to back it up. You could not so you do the typical actions of someone that has simply run off at the mouth and that is to start personal attacks and try to say it is the responsibility of the person that you made the statement to to support your position.
Sorry but you said it and can not back it up.
I stated repeatedly that I could only find normal operations, or agreements as to interagency activities but you continued to stick to your guns and play the, " I was a cop so I know" card.
So sorry you have been outed as having an axe to grind of somekind againt the CBP and no real amunition to back up your claims.
