Even if Woods is innocent of all the murders (which is not likely), he's still a rapist and a s c u m b a g biker who indulges in all the vices, including drugs and prostitution, incumbent to his ilk, and after his execution society will be rid of one more blight. American society needs to declare war on scrofulous bikers (except the quiet, law-abiding hobbyists who work for a living and who use quiet, legal mufflers) and clean up our country. P.S.: Steve Simmons was the most worthless DA El Paso has ever had. Juarez was safer than El Paso when he was in office.

He did it..... The bottom line is: Never trust a biker..... They are simply too violent. Yes- there will be those that will say they do their bike runs for charity so on and so forth, but they are still violent people.

The guy was a danger to females before he did his 7 yrs for assault. He did it and he did it alone.Drugs, assault, rape,he was a criminal. He targeted those females because he thought he could cover his tracks easily. By targeting small framed females no one would "miss", and could easily overpower he was able to commit crimes as long as he did. Don't even entertain the thought he was innocent. He wasn't. Now, it's time to get the rest of the sexual predators off the streets permanently. How does a convict get probation instead of a long prison term and escape from a Nevada halfway house.

No physical evidence linking the suspect to the crime. The FBI has another man that confesses to the crime. The D.A. says this is not the man even though his statements matches the crimes. Prisoners are paid a big reward to say that Mr. Woods confesses to him. The D.A. in this case does not discredits these prisoners like he did with the F.B.I. suspect. TO ME THERE IS REASONABLE DOUBT in this case. Mr. Woods needs to contact the Innocents Project as soon as possible. And to think because you give a person a ride you are called a KILLER?

A 20 prison term for sexual assualt when he was 22, another for 50 years after he killed those women. All knew him and had last been seen alive with him. Drugs, prostitutes, and a life of crime. The one that really incriminates him is he was the last person ALL these victims were seem with.THE JURORS HAVE DECIDED. The pro drug legalization people will claim his innocence, just like those who advocate cold blooded crime sprees. But oh,SURE someone was following this Manson Murderer to frame him as an "escape" goat, what a long shot conspiracy theory.
He needs to tell the families where the other half dozen women he killed are.

He didn't just give someone a ride, he was given 50 years for sexually assaulting someone who managed to get away (naked) from the exact location that all those bodies were found. She would have been the next victim if she hadn't gotten away. People are disturbed who defend this creep.

I knew Desi and her sister Sunday before they moved to Timber st. Their mother Marcia was kind, caring, and giving. I remember she worked with injured animals and was raising the girls alone. I cannot wait till August 20th and David Wood takes his last breath. Nothing will bring Desi and the others back, but the time finally comes when this POS no longer has the privilege to breath the same air among us. The State should discard his corpse in the desert next to the penitentiary just as he did to those girls. On August 20th, the girls will finally be able to Rest In Peace!

I read where the mother of Desiree Wheatley, killed at age 15, will attend the execution. Come on down, dear, watch this dirtbag get his come-uppence, and go enjoy some barbecue brisket with home fries and Shiner bock. Too bad it took 17 years to finally get him put down.

GUILTY WITHOUT EVIDENCE
El Paso, TX
|
NO DNA, NO BLOOD, NO WITNESSES, NO CONFESSION. NO MONEY TO DEFEND HIMSELF. BUT HE WAS FOUND GUILTY ANYWAY. A POOR MAN STANDS LITTLE CHANCE IN EL PASO COURTS TO GET JUSTICES. HOW COULD HE NOT BE FOUND GUILTY WHEN THE GOVERNMENT HAS MORE MONEY, MORE ATTORNEYS, MORE INVESTIGATORS THAN THE DEFENDANT HAS. WHO'S NEXT ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK. YOUR SON, YOUR DAUGHTER, YOUR NEIGHBOR?
