Garcia is hoping that the elpasoan memory is short and all will be forgiven. Many at Central Office are gearing up for mass promotion and pay raises this year. They have been testing the waters and putting the current spin doctors on hyper drive to win the hearts and minds of the tax payers. The next move is to hire a "professional" team to oversee their public profile. They have not gone on record to hire anyone because they have a good thing going. Garcia could not have stolen all that money by himself. The current board and administration have all had a hand in the theft of funds meant for the children of this city. STAND UP el paso! Say "NO" to the mismanagement and robbery by EPISD>

For siding with imbecile principals like Hogue and Tanner who are ranked as the worst High School administrators in Texas. We all need a scapegoat to project our inner rage at and to wish him hell here on earth. Lorenzo you deserve it and much worse. The hatred and contempt the tax paying people of El Paso feel toward you is beyond words. There are no words to express our utter disgust and disappointment with you and all the lying cheating cronies at the district who have lied and cheated the people of El Paso. 100 lashes with a bull whip is not enough to satisfy our lust for justice. Perhaps a hanging, maybe even castration while dangling from a rope. We will be there at your trial rooting for the Feds, hoping they're not incompetent. If they send you to jail and determinate sodomy by members of the darker race is inflicted on all your orifices, mostly the one you use to defecate with, then we will rejoice and celebrate. Just remember at first you will be tender, then your lifestyle might change, depending on your temperament.

The spin doctors are hard at work trying to convince the taxpayer that this blue collar town is ready for the IVY LEAGUE colleges. The last three Superintendents have pleaded guilty or pending some sort of legal action. Our current board is still in place as is the admistration at Central Office. Tell me do you think Garcia wrote those checks on his own? He got caught but his buds are still raking in the big bucks above and below the table. What ever happened to that $1,000 a month cell phone perk? Who is the carrier?

The cost of the non classroom admistrators is a heavy burden for the taxpayers. They have tried to cut corners by laying off minimum wage hourly employees but it is not enough. The current freeze on teacher employment has put UTEP and other Degree mills in a hurt locker since they stand to loose money if enrollment in these programs falters. The previous Superintendants are laughing themselves silly all the way to the bank since they are still benefiting from the EPISD fund. Central Office is full of Starbuck swilling politicos who see an easy buck to be made if they don't get caught. Taxpayers need to purge the system and run this current admistration and its "Board" out of town.
