Need to conserve energy and allow the old traditions of Christmas time back as they were. It is the City council and the El Paso electric company who are the culprits. All they want is money and name recognition. With all the corruption in this town they have the name recognition. Too bad they did not look real hard at the City council to determine if any of those bozos took bribes.

Turn off the lights except for the period from the end of November to the 6th of January.
