Updates: Man fatally stabbed in San Joaquin

Fresno County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the apparent murder of a man outside the Los Amigos market in San Joaquin shortly before 3 p.m. The man had been stabbed, said Sheriff's spokesman Chris Curtice.
