Please vote NO

This porkbarrel nonsense has to stop. These corrupt punks have bankrupted our state and our children for years to come.

They have enough money to fund these necessary water projects. The environmentalists have bankrupted the Central Valley by wasting the water we have. They have brought 40% unemployment.

We must all remember that government money comes from only one place, out of your pocket and mine. There is no other source. So either directly or indirectly, you and I pick up the check for any government spending. Our elected officials are supposed to see to it that our money is spent wisely, and without waste, fraud, and abuse. Are you satisfied with their performance? I am most certainly not. This proposal is but one more example. We certainly need our water problems fixed, it is a critical need. But $11.1 billion is not needed to acheive what we need done.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Scorpio

A loved one is very assertive under the Full Moon tonight. You'll only make it worse if you come down like a ton of bricks, given that Mars is retrograde and it's a lunar eclipse tonight. Besides, do you really want to spoil this evening's celebrations because you've had a flaming row? If possible, live and let live, so you can have a really happy New Year!
