Sounds like extortion! The property owner doesn't even live in that house, its not like she doesn't have a place to move. Marie Jacobo is a criminal to the city and is the reason why jobs and revenue are not being created. She won't even give El Monte a chance!
... BTW, do I see a trail of smoke on the corner of Santa Anita and Valley? She better get a plane ticket home to save her assets.

I live in El Monte and I think in the long run a Walmart will take customers from smaller businesses.
