The property owner doesn't even live in that house, its not like she doesn't have a place to move. Marie Jacobo is a criminal to the city and is the reason why jobs and revenue are not being created. She won't even give El Monte a chance! ... BTW, do I see a trail of smoke on the corner of Santa Anita and Valley? She better get a plane ticket home to save her assets.
