enough of this story, what about the A hole golfer that killed the hawk. Thats by far more important. A rich jerk killing a bird, what a tradgedy. people should hit him with golf balls and see how he likes it.

It's going to be verrrrrrrry interesting to see all the women come out of the woodwork over Gary. He's been doing this for years. I'm glad to see this young lady had the balls to stand up to him.

Why did she keep going to meeting after meeting if nothing was being done with her case? I would have shopped for a different lawyer after I burned through 2 or 3 thousand dollars. Why wait until 7 thousand is gone?

I should have come forward over 20 years ago when he groped me but I didn't because I was young and embarassed! I actually thought I had "imagined" it, but to this day, I can remember what I was wearing and the entire events that happened. Thank God someone finally came foward - he's been a womanizer for years. I just feel bad for his family because he's such a jerk and they do NOT deserve this from him! No woman does. I know it's innocent until proven guilty - but with Gary - I'm sure he's guilty! I've lived it myself!

Trust me, he is guilty. I hope more women come forward with their stories so that he will get a more harsh punishment.

His wife (an ENT - not plastics) DID kick him to the curb awhile ago. She did not tolerate this...she has an excellent reputation and is a wonderful physician. She was probably just "charmed" by this jerk many years ago, and once she had three kids with him - tried to put up with what she could. She's a great woman - a strong woman, and I'm sure she and her kids will be better off with him out of their life! I can't tolerate the racial comments though! This happens in all faiths.

I was wondering if this was Dr. Appleblatts ex. Nancy Appleblatt is awesome. She's an incredicble doc and a really nice person to boot. Glad he finally messed with someone that was willing to stand up to him. Don't drop the soap, Gary!Ü

Yes....I was making a horrible attempt at a bad joke, dear. No offense. I am sitting back smiling about all of this....I'm happy to hear the wife left....I always wondered about that situation. Having worked for him for 6 years I saw things that I could not believe. Having watched from a far and seen the pain he caused not only to his employees but to his family ... I am so happy that he has what is coming.
As far as his wife Nancy Appelblatt she is a wonderful doctor and mother. She so deserves better.

Let's see, a Pharmacist, a Pilot, and an attorney - All of which his physician wife footed the bill until he finally decided to "find a career" - all the while he was screwing around with every woman he could behind her back. Involved with his family! Any man that would do what he has done didn't do his family any favors. Yes - he does deserve a trial and I'm sure with the evidence - he will get one. All in due time...Can't wait to have the final verdict of GUILTY!!!

It amazes me as to how eventually what goes around finally does come around full circle. Gary Appelblatt is a conniving crook that preys on women and their vulnerability. Kuddos to the women that are coming forward and putting an end to this monster's tactics. Now we just need to find some recourse as to a means of recuperating all the thousands of dollars this fraudulent lawyer has swindled out of us.

Could this be the final curtain for Mr. Appelblatt and his shenanigans? This is classic abuse of power against the naive women who fell prey to his shtick.
