Bull sh-t thats what it is .And its a fraud. Its so beyond medical at this point .Even if it does help some it hurts far more .If it goes legal it needs to be at the federal level not just cal . We already have so many low level drug dealers moving in all ready .Into small counties in northern cal Trinity county is on the verge or has already been taken over by the black market.

You are absolutely stupid.It has a rightful place in the medical care of a lot of people.Lots of drugs available in your local pharmacy are abused and sold illegally by drug dealers on the street.That doesn't make the drugs bad for all people.You are not an MD so just go away and quit posting multiple posts under different names idiot.

THEY are not doing the harm to the real economies of small counties or for that matter the state economy the way that the 215 black market fraud is destroying the rule of law.

So what is your solution?Do you think that medical use should be eliminated even if it is helping people or that there should be changes in the law that would continue to allow the use for ill patients but more strictly regulate who can grow and use?

There shound be no rewarding of liars. The northern counties in California should be called what they are in and thats a state of emergency over the black market and the fraud that is 215 .There are a lot of punks even from out of this state growing it for profit here some even to support there other drug habits like meth . So the stoners are making huge profits as our best die trying to do right thing for the most repressed and weak in the world .Where is the justice .

you know lots of realtors,police officers,nurses,loggers,CPAs work for profit and to support their meth or other illegal habits and should be arrested for their crimes.Growing pot if done by the rules is not illegal and when done for legitimately sick patients is the morally right thing to do.Are there abuses of the system?Sure there are.If these people are using meth as you claim to know they are(how do you know about these people's personal habit?)they will eventually get busted for that.Don't lump them in with the hard working American farmers that are trying to feed their families in these hard times.We don't need job killers like you.

What does Bobby Brown have to do with this?Any drug can be used or abused.I will give you the fact that Marijhuana is often abused but it can also be helpful for people suffering from a variety of medical problems.Someone will always use it just to get high.There will always be people that use any number of different drug classifications and then get in their cars and drive.That doesn't make these drugs bad when used responsibly.I don't think that a resonable person is against any of these drugs for sick people.The misuse and inproper perscribing of these drugs is a problem.Get over yourself Platina.You sound like an uneducated idiot.
