Jose Moran is an immigrant from El Salvador who has lived in Webster for 19 years, and hasn't mastered the english language yet. next time, mind your own business, dumb-azz!

Oh trust me he knows English. They pull that crap all the time. I understand Spanish, but I pick and choose when and where I let that be known. I can speak it too, when I "WANT" to.
