Who is the best Orthodontist in EDH and Why?

I work for a general dentist down town and I refer to no one but Dr. Guess. His care and expertise are well above the average orthodontist. He is kind and gentle to his patients and wants nothing but the best treatment for all his patients. His staff is just as great as he is. I highly recommend Dr. Guess if you want your ortho done correctly.

Real simple...I asked him how many patients he has treated in the last 20 years!

Not sure as I thought we were talking about patients not employees. So the real question is what do the employees have to do with the satisfaction of the patients? Last time I checked nothing!

Sooooooooo, the employees at a work place have nothing to do with the satisfaction of a customer,,,,hmmmmmm, sounds like a boss to me. Not seeing how employees make or break a company.

I have known Dr. Guess for many years as he has had both of my kids in his practice. The staff was amazing and accomodated me whenever they could. And my kids teeth are perfect!! If you want an orthodontist who is an expert in what he does, and truely cares about his patients, then look no further.

Of course you think he is the best he is the guy giving you a paycheck. Your opinion means nothing as you are biased. I suggest to everyone that they read what actual patients say not what a paid employee has to say.

Dr. Guess put braces on my daughter which worked out great. She had a few other issues relating to headaches and he was gracious enough to look at and help her with the headaches wihout it ever costing us one penny. Who else knows any doctors or anyone for that matter that works for free all because he wants to help.

I just stumbled onto this site but I would agree with the vast majority of the people posting here. Dr. Guess is by the best orthodontist in El Dorado Hills. 3 kids later ought to be a good reason.

I have no reason to think that Dr. Guess is not an excellent orthodontist. However, I suspect that this blog is specifically engineered and promoted by his office. Only one of the other five is even mentioned. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Fortunately, most of the time people are happy with their result. It's not difficult to make the teeth look straight, which is why many general dentists get into the act. It is nearly impossible for the public to judge the true quality of an orthodontic result, which has to do with the details of the biting and soft tissue and jaw joint relationships to name just a few. Consider that you often don't know how well things really worked until at least 10 years later. One way to judge the best orthodontist is by his/her failures. Every orthodontist has them. In my opinion, the orthodontist with the fewest failures is the best. Of course, I will never have this information.

Looks like Dr. Guess has a campaign of people posting fake posts about how "good" he is. Funny how the majority occur on the same day. Take if from a former patient, he sucks!

Same three people posting under different names to give good reviews about this dr. guess. JMO
