We have enough low class shopping options in this county including the increasingly worsening Capitola Mall. No Target, no WalMart, no more chain fast food restaurants. Do this right please. Many of us are tiring of driving over the hill to do our shopping. Thank You.

The stubbornness of the small propane business stalled all process in that location. Let's hope it's not too late.

It will be filled with crap like the Olive Garden, Bed Bath and Beyond, TK Maxx, etc. As it is now, the only fast food drive thrus Scotts Valley DOESN'T have is an In N Out and a Sonic. We have 2.5 Starbucks for goodness sakes.

So moving a potentially dangerous 30,000 gallon propane tank next to businesses and other fuel sources are not a problem for them. This town center will fail and flop just like the rest of their small-town, moronic ideas.
