Peterson Hires High-Profile Attorneys for Appeal

I hope this time he has a better lawyer than he did last time.Anyone that reads the book "Presumed Guilty"will know that this man was framed.And his lawyer,Mark Geragos,is a joke as a lawyer.I guess if he had been Robert Blake,who they made his wife the bad person or Michael Jackson,the known child molester,he will be free today.It's a shame Matt Dalton isn't representing him.As I am reading his book,it disgusts me that there was no leads followed at all.What were the police trying to cover up attacking Scott Peterson??????????

I just hope Mark Geragos stays away this time.I believed he did alot of damage to this case.There was no witnesses in court to testify in defense for scott and as a read this book"Presumed Guilty" there was plenty of witnesses Geragos could have and should have had there.I wish Scott all the luck in the world,my heart goes out to him

No evidence to support him {scott} killing his wife or child only assumption and a sily time frame and wild immagination of his mother-in- law who seems happy. Now she has a book out and i am sure movie deal next, guess there profit in a daughters death eh? If our country is gonna punish a man by takin his life on suppose so, then we all in alot of trouble in the future. Wow, Fran and Trish you guys are a little harsh. wouldn't you say? Since when are people not allowed their opinions? What I see here are two woman who probably have well over a billion hours logged on to that court channel message board (I forget the name)baseing opinions on other opinions and not facts (lemmings come to mind). Scott ruined his own life. I'm sure he is very sorry for that, but not much else. He did not want his wife or the baby so he killed them. End of story. He was nuts enuf to think he could come up with the a stupid story and get away with it. He had the most stupid mistress so that tells you the kind of person he wanted to be with in life.The awful parents he had are his only excuse for his behavior, but I think he knew what he was doing when he murdered his family.
Poor Laci and her baby, but most of all poor Laci's mom. She is the kind of woman who has it together, and her fortitude and perseverance made it so the world found out about Scott and he got away with nothing. I can't imagine being Sharon and going through this and facing the future with this huge loss. I hope somehow she finds a place of peace on this earth. She has been to hell and back. I look forward to the day he is strapped down, the needle goes in and he awakes to the landscape of hell.

Sharon has made my list of 'Most Respected Women'. If you can read her book 'For Laci', you will gain further insight to her immense strength and what a truly beautiful person she is. I never doubted that she was so special because Laci was her daughter.

I read today that (March 20, 2006) Laci's mothers wrongful death suit goes through. Yea I'm like everyone else Scott Peterson is definitely innocent. I think if enough people stuck together and tried to help him by writing legislators something could be done. But he definitely needs a good attorney who will bring out about all the other possibities that was there at the time. So many people said they seen Lacy that morning If all the people who seen things would just step forward it would help.
