Suspected gunman arrested in Hells Angels slaying

i'm glad one more pistol-packer is off the streets. i can easily imagine it being the other way round, ie, a bunch of Hell's Angels ganging up on someone who didn't give them the entire 4 lanes on the freeway.

And do you consider yourself a law abiding citizen? People are really a trip. So much hate for people who just live their lives the way they choose. You are listening to the media and movies. I know the people who talk bad about Hells Angles have never had personal contact with one. If you had you would have a different opinion. Talk to the local merchant and buisness people in the communities that the Hells Angles are a part of. They will have nothing but good things to say.

"justifiable homicide" I hope you're really not that stupid. Hells Angels are the tightest ridin pack of motorcyclist anyone will ever see. It's the slobs that you're used to being around that are all over the road. Even Pig packs can't ride as well, although they try. By the way, there's no apostrophe in "Hells Angels."

I wish there was a way to keep people from the East Bay out of Marin... Our crime rates would drop drastically!

Actually Johanna, I know a good deal more about them than you do.

I have read about 10 hells angels over a years time for harming raping molesting and murdering women and children. I can only find 319 hells angels in the USA and a lot of them are in jail so that a large percent of angels in about 1 year in the papers for harming and murdering women and children. This is not including many of their other cowardly crimes like ganging up and beating and murdering old men.I hope these kids are clear. I am sure the hells angels and their support army members will come up with a story to make the kids look guilty.

Justifiable? Are you serious. Does that mean then that it is okay to shoot soccer moms who are too busy talking on their iphones to pay attention when they change lanes and almost kill somebody? Does that mean it is okay to shoot a teenage kid in his handmedown BMW who is text messaging his friend while he is smoking a joint at the same time and runs a red light? You have got to be the most ignorant person on here. Possibly even more ignorant than Pussy Mike from NC. Freaking Marin liberals in your gas guzzling suv's. Why?I am sure there are many others the Hells angels have put in jail that hate the hells angels. I think the kid thought the punks in the gang were going to attack them.In a lot of the jails the hells angels are punks.I have never heard of angels running USA prisons. This young boy shot into a gang of hells angels he probably though his life was in danger.

I guess the kid had a gun because he was afraid of gang members like the hells angels ganging up on him if he accidentally bumped one or cut one off by accident driving. I was reading a story just in the last few months I think Nevada or Arizona a young man bumped 2 hells angels in a bar and they attacked him. When people live around cowards like hells angels the people should be allowed to shoot them when it is necessary.

Telling the truth can't get old until everyone understand it. Harming raping molesting and murdering women and children is wrong. The hells angels using their support men to fight and lie to put rivals in jail is wrong.

WHY WOULD A SMALL ARMY OF hells angels and their supporters argue with 2 young kids. The punks in the Angels should have said sorry kids if they were right or wrong.I have a kid that age and he is not a gang banger he has nothing to do with bikers because he thinks thats a thing of the past and has no interest but if he was attacked or challenged by a gang that he thinks will kill him or seriously harm him he would shoot first also so would I. You can't defend your life when your dead.

You hells angels only think your members are entitled to self defense because you are all cowards but everyone has that right to kill when their life is in danger. I think having that many hells angels around is a great reason to shoot a lot of them to keep them off.In this case the kid was lucky all the angels and support members were scared and called the police after the shooting. Maybe if he did not shoot first one of the cowards in the gang might have shot are throw stuff at the car and injured them.

anybody find it strange he had to call from a pay phone AT THE CHP OFFICE?
