Well, its about time ElCentro figured out what a poor leader and administrator Mr. Knight is. He "practiced" the same type of poor management style when assigned to the LAPD's police academy and Internal Affairs. Had the search company interviewed some of his LAPD subordinates rather then relying on his ratings and supervisors they would have learned what we learned while subjected to his mistreatment of and berating of officers. Mr. Knight learned his craft from another leader of men & women: Mr. Bernard Clinton Parks - our prior chief, who, for all intent and purposes was fired by then Mayor Hahn - for a like management style. Hopefully ElCentro will recover and retain its officers as well as get the ones who left back.

Good Luck ElCentro! Move forward! And Mr. Knight, just sit home and collect your LAPD pension - you are not fit for command in any police department in the USA.

Come on! Parks was fired because of the LAPD's overall corruption (especially in the C.R.A.S.H unit.) not becuase he was a bad leader. Also, Hahn got the boot right afterwards. He fired Parks in an effort to save himself. I'm not saying that you're wrong about Knight but your support is rediculous. Ditch the hatred and give me some facts.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Aquarius

You're in a tricky position because someone who is supposed to know what they're talking about seems to be spouting complete nonsense instead. If this is an older friend or relative then you can simply smile politely and wait for them to rejoin the rest of us on Planet Earth. But if it's a boss or bureaucrat who's talking rubbish or giving you some puzzling orders, you'll be in a quandary about what to do.
