my friend was only 17 yrs old when he was killed by a drunk driver clayton neilson 19 yrs old of El Campo and hasn't been punished for it. he killed two people that night and is out free. what kind of justice is that.

Raulito was my nephew, it very much saddens me that Clayton did not receive, what I would call justice. Both Raulito and Mariela were good, talented young people taken way too soon from this world. You must know though that Raul's mother is a forgiving woman and believes Clayton will receive justice, just not thru man but thru God. So...Raul still lives on in our hearts, minds and souls and his name is still mentioned on a regular basis when we all get together. Especially if someone makes a dumb joke, we always say Raulito would have thought it was funny. |

He only got 60 days in jail because he is white and has money! That is not right them 2 teenagers lost thier lives and their family and friends are dealing and mourning with that tragedy everyday! I send my respects to the family and i know the grief yall must feel! I'm so sorry i dont think well i know they didnt even punish clayton.THATS MESSED UP!!!!

yes i do agree that he got off a little easy. he didnt just get 60 days he has 10 years of probation and he has checged. i know him personally and have talked to him and he has a hard time with living with that. and dont say he got off easy cause he is white and has money becuase i know his family does not have a lot of money.
