I do believe that Double Jeopardy is only applicable to capital murder i believe. With this case, if there is new evidence brought forth that was not included in the last hearing, then the charges might stick, and he might have to face a trial. Very nice, How much?

Double jeopardy is applicable in any case. "No person shall ... be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb" The founding fathers had a gift for pith. I don`t see any mention of capital murder in there.

What ever happened to the woman who won a judgement against John karoly and tried to collect after he won the Hirko v. Bethlehem cops case?
I've never heard the outcome of that court case.
