Ed Deters the corruption in the Effingham judicial system

I was just wondering if their are any other Effingham residents fed up with the corruption in our city. I have read about several cases where convicted pediphiles receive sentences of 6 months and probation and other residents get two years in an overcrowded prison system a for marijuana and other misdemeanors. Why did Mr. Deters let those sixteen year old girls off with out so much as a traffic ticket when admittedly killed an Altamont boy with their car or the man who dragged the guy for 2 miles ran off and turned himself in a week later and how about these piss poor excuses for public defenders like Runde and lupita? PLEASE DONT TELL ME i'm the only one wanted answers to these questions?

What about the guy that has been in jail for 10 months for supposedly "beating" a 2 year old who just so happens to be Officer Kinkelaars grand daughter and Ed Deters neighbor. Ed Deters has locked up an innocent veteran with not a shred of evidence, only his theory. Mr Deters has God Syndrome. We won't even go there with Runde. This towns judicial system is so corrupt!

Agree with u! Like these 'hate' crimes! Its a simple bar fight between 2 people but deters wanted to involve 2 other men who were friends of one of the men and splatter there names everywhere! He is worthless to me! He needs the book thrown at him, he uses the media like a puppet! Its sick how some of these people follow!

Its pretty bad when one of the best lawyers in Illinois will not come to effingham county to defend one of the accused in the hate crime because he flat out said he will not deal with Ed deters and effingham county because they are absolutely corrupt in every aspect!!!!!

Ed deters will let anyone go free if they are from St. Anthony....its a proven fact!!!
