I personal help with this case and this one sick individual, This was his second offense for this type of crime and this time we finally gave it to him.

i went to school with this guy, he was a bit older, i knew him, he had such a nice family, he was a bit odd, and it was his third offense,not second, and why did they let him go the other times, thats what is so sososososos sick about it all. i was his neighbor for a while, lived a few houses down. he deserves way worse, but what he will recieve in prison may be worse
