I personally think ANY mother that doesnt buckle her child ina car seat is really selfish,stupid and does'nt love that child!So what if he cries-let him cry!I'd rather them cry than get thrown tru the window!!!Theres someone right here in our community that is well known that does this!And she's pretty damn sorry for not caring for her child!!!!

i agree but the cops in edmonton act like they dont care i know lots of people that dont make their kids be in car seats i think its bull to or some people have to may kids and not enough room but they put one kid over a nother and if i was to not put my kids in a car seat i would be stopped and took to jail

ya they think cause they cops they can break the law its bull. They souild love their child enough to make ride in car seat!
