What is the average death rate for children in Oklahoma? I think it must be pretty high. It makes me sick that people do these kinds of things to innocent childen. When will this stop. People need to be better educated in parenting skills to know what to do when children cry or act out. Gentle correction not killing them!!

i dont know the mom but i have known rico since we were 8 and plpayed sports together and been good friends for a long time. to here his name in this is shocking. i dnt know anyhting other than what has been printed or reported but i jus tcant believe this. thoughts and prayers to the babys family. and say strong rico if everything is true you are wrong you always been like a bro to me but this is wrong if true.
