Judge it!James was serving his time for which he was sentenced, he was not sentenced to DEATH. In this case the system did fail. A poorly run facility is the reason this murder was able to occur.LEAST WE NOT FORGET THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE TO BE THERE. SO DONT YALL BLAME THE SYSTEM WHEN THEY DID THE CRIME.

If my son made a mistake and went to prison and someone killed him while he was there I would expect the system to explain and tell me why the hell something like this could happen . A lame excuse, results in major changes for those in charge because someone failed to do their job.
