Wyndham is an investment in fun adventure travel not a real estate investment.All my vacations ,3 days to 3 weeks are paid with Wyndham currency(points).I just returned from South California(California Viejo)after 3 weeks.I spent $120 on Gas and $350 on food ,we love the Wyndham kitchens , points paid for every thing else.And will year after year

I'm with Freddie. Anyone looking at it as a real estate investment is a fool. The Wyndham Resort in Santee, SC is really, really nice and is a perfect choice for people that want to go on a real vacation where they actually relax. Its also a nice spot for golfers and fisherman that want to stay at a nice resort. With the pool and main offices being built in the coming months, you'll see a lot of traffic heading in that direction. They also plan to build more units to accomadate the interest in the area.

We have been Wyndham (timeshare) owners since 1995. A timeshare is not a real estate investment- it is an investment in your family unit. Every single year since 1995 we have vacationed as a family and created wonderful memories that I will cherish forever. We ate together, we laughed together, we relaxed together...now that the boys are grown, I see how valuable that time together was. It was worth every single penny, I would recommend it to anyone.

use to work by santee. not the place i would go for a rresort. plus the lake they are at had a gator bite the arm off a diver last year.
