Expert studied Cadman tape for mystery client
Jun 13, 2008 04:58 PM Steve Rennie THE CANADIAN PRESS OTTAWA–One of Canada's top audio experts says someone hired him to analyze the explosive recording at the heart of the Chuck Cadman affair. But Stevan Pausak won't say who. He also refused to discuss when he did the work, saying only that it was "a long time ago." Pausak, an experienced forensic scientist who holds a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, declined all further comment other than to say he completed an analysis. "I don't release the name of clients – regardless if I have the confidentiality agreement or not, it's always confidential," he said in an interview from Oakville, Ont. http://www.thestar.com/article/443175 |

This is how far the government and the legal system will go to obstruct justice.
Also why Harper will never take the stand under oath, because it might put him face to face with the Cadmans. He's the top "law an order" conservative in the country and nothing more than a corrupt lying piece of gutterscum. |

Ya know, the Liberals were scumbags too all the way from Paul "tax free" Marting to Adscam.
But at least they didn't prey on the instincts of a dying man's needs to take care of his family. The conservative party of canada (the party of GOD) are the lowest form of gutterscum. If this was exposed, the cons would probably sink into the netherlands for another couple decades or so when they were routed out of Canadian politics after the "golden era" of Mulroney. I see Harper is taking his sweet time getting the "parameters" of OUTING MULRONEY "in place". |

Yes, isn't it interesting how the Torys got in power because of the abuse of power by the Chretien Liberals, but they are even worse. At least the Liberals could balance a budget these crazy Torys are starting a the verge of destroying the finances of this country.

Don't forget selling us to the US!!! The Liberals did what their name said, liberate the bull from weed and same sex marriages. All that right at the end Chretien's mandate! I loved it, just because it pee'ed off Bush in the worst way! |

Cadman was a dirty pig, he was just as much or more corupt than the liberals. I used to live in his riding, I phoned his office several times a day, to make sure he knew that his constituants wanted to get rid of the liberals.. I was told that "mr cadman" hadnt decided which way to vote.. I know a lot of people that called him as well.. Then the asshole keeps the liberals afloat ,, and has the nerve to say that his people didnt want an election...BUllSHIT.. I once thought he was a man of integretty. Adios chuck,, you prick.

What did Chuck do? If "corruption" was the key word, I'm sure he would have taken the insurance policy. Nothin like kickin a dead man's carcass tho is there? |

Under oath Harper....
Don't hide behind your smarmy lawyers, your "analysts" and your misdirected lawsuit against an abstract entity. Come out and tell us what "financial considerations are", and when asked if the Cadmans lied about you, say they did. Or would that be well, too much like entering the "justice" system for you? Under oath ahole. |

Yes, I think all Canadians want to hear that answer siloviki!

Everyone wants to defend this "law an order" guy. Yet he hides in a cockroach hole away from the light. Plays the perimeter shadow game, to gain financial gain on the side and avoids the issue. "Financial considerations" if they were to be paid out of "conservative coffers" to INFLUENCE A VOTE is tantamount to a BRIBE. And "financial considerations" out of taxpayer money IS OUR MONEY. So we have a right to know what "financial considerations" are....... |

I was watching tv last night scanning the ozone channels, you know the ones that have the technical data with the graph and nothing more than static etc, the ones that are miles apart. One every 20 spaces on the tv. Well about channel 115 there was a court channel, that dry shit where nobody could stand watching a bunch of lawyers argue points of law.
(Why the f should law be so convoluted in the first place, of course its in the lawyers best interests) Anyhow the case was about missappropriation by the government on royalties owed to a native band. Sure, I guess it could get sticky, but this case has been going on for 20 F'ing years.....it started in 1989. Who is picking up the tab on that one? US of course. Well can't blame just solely the liberals for that one, it was started under conservative watch and continued right through their "heydays" And we actually THINK for one millisecond that we will ever get any answers out of these people? That you can fight these people? The best of the corrupt and criminally inclined aspire to politics, and they will use the "justice system" and YOUR money to defend it at all cost. |
