People need to learn to read. Unless you are talking directly to the owner or property manager, you don't ever send money anywhere. Craigslist is for face to face transactions, if you see any add that says send money anywhere, flag it and report it to spam@craigslist.org

I created www.suspectedscammers.com as a central place to log email addresses of potential fraudsters. Visitors can anonymously search our database of email addresses, and submit new ones to us. This is a free public service for the Internet Community to help prevent this kind of Nigerian fraud.
