Full story: KOB.com Eyewitness News 4 - New Mexico

Have you ever put on a pair of pants you haven't worn in a while, reached into the pocket and found a couple of dollars? It's a nice surprise.

The North Course at UNM. The first course in America to break the 7000 yard mark. Host to the first Albuquerque professional tournament in 1947, won by no other than Llyod Mangum.

And now UNM is encroaching on this 9 hole course. The original has been slowly eaten up.

Interesting that Mangum actually played here and in the Southwest.

What's it worth. Also is he gonna be a good samaritin and return it to the family of this guy. If I knew I had something valuable that i found i would return it to the family if he has passed away. The family probably didn't intend to give this away.

He's just a greedy old man, probably does not even play golf from the looks of him on tv.

He should contact the family and offer it to them first and if they don't want it them maybe sell it.

They shouldn't of sold the clubs without first knowing what was in the bag. I don't go around donating jeans to a charity without checking the pockets first, I've found a few 20s so far.

Let's start with you being dishonest as to where your located, you make yourself out to be a phony.

That said what if it was a family heirloom of yours, would you not want it back?

Would you not try and find the family and at the very least offer it to them?

Hey would you be that old man by chance?

Correction, he bought the old golf bag with some clubs for $5.

He found the medal inside one of the pockets. He did not buy the medal and had no idea it was there.

I stand by what I said, contact the family as it is a heirloom and offer it back before doing what he wants with it.

At least that I what I would do but then I am not him.

Not disagreeing there but still it is a family HEIRLOOM and that makes the difference.

Ask yourself this, what if it was your late dad that earned it and you knew about it but could not find it when going through his Estate, would you not want it back?

I wonder what his family is thinking about this whole thing, are they happy for the guy or have they contacted him about giving it back to them or do they even care?

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Scorpio

If you haven't seen certain people during the past few days, how about inviting them over for a drink or a meal? You're feeling sociable and will enjoy doing some light entertaining although you'll draw the line at anything too strenuous. It's a lovely day for being in familiar surroundings with some familiar faces, even if all you do is flop on the sofa.
