They have always been horrible. Here is an idea for the Police Departments everywhere...Hey idiots, why not try to actually hire educated cops? You know, maybe a college education...not a kid living at home, etc. Ohhh, wait a minute...people that have an education are too smart to want to be a stupid cop! LOL!

I dont know why you say their racist although Im living in edgewood, but yea the cops tend to be a bit of assholes around the joppatowne and white marsh area...I havent been stopped in the Bel Air area yet.

Though, yea I do agree though most educated probrably wouldnt want to be cops which is why they take what they can get. Same thing in the mili.
