the attorney general needs to investigate the workings or lack of working the child support enforcement agency displays everyday, There is criminal neglect, the kids are victims and no one enforces the court orders that are already established. It is extreme neglect that starts at the top and runs down on the most valuable asset we have, our innocent children. Shame Shame Shame Call the governor and ask for child support enforcement and then just ask them how and when was the last time you enforced child support. It will shock you to discover these people have no idea what they do. It certainly doesn't have anything to do with enforcing child support. Now I know exactly what needs to be done and can fix this sitation immediately, just give me a call and I will help. I bet not one person will respond to this plea for justice.

***In parts of NJ. the County will arrest anyone who owes child support. The names ( male or female ) of the people who had been arrested is posted in the local police blotter section as a reminder to those who have not YET had a knock at their door. A routine, monthly arrest of DELINQUENT parents would be a HUGE deterrent. The children need food, shelter and clothing. This is just a suggestion which may solve the problem in SHORT ORDER.
