It was HOKEYWOOD's idea of what Minnesota was.

Coen Bros "Fargo" was very close to how it really is, violence and all. The Coen Bros HAD to be there.

The ironic thing is, the majority will be filmed in Canada, since the state's taxes are too high to give any incentive to work instate.
