Yes and she did everything to the letter, She did everything right. Yet the bank didn't even give her anything in return not even a letter saying Thank You /Great Job, or small party, or even a gift certificate. Which in my humble opinion is showed a lack of concern , appreciation, and gratefulness on their part.
