The reason the trash gets blown out of the container is, the city did not see fit to furnish them with lids. How about furnishing these containers with lid,s? Can anyone explain how my sewer bill is higher than my water bill? and how do I produce twice as much sewer water, compaired to water usage?

i would recycal but they dont always pick up so this year i am doing upside down tomatoes using recycaled stuff

just got use love on those tomatoes and and recycaled water from your pet fish a water barel that takes water from the gutter and a little waterfall made from recycaled bowls i put my hose down in the plants i also use a peace of foam in the bottom of the bag i have a couple that are doing really well and a few that i have to work with the deeper the bag the better i also read on the net about others gardens i still got more upside down plants to do i am planting celery,tomatoes,beans,squash,b rocally,and grarlic my little victory garden
