The constitution shuld always trump local police. Nobody, not even police, is free to infringe upon other people's property without reasonable cause. If they still do, they can expect to be held accountable for it and should not be treated any different than a potential child molester or rapist. If they should still force themselves upon private property, they should be held legally accountable afterwards.
Ideally in cases like this, I would support the homeowners right to use deadly force as long as they have not properly idenitifined themselves, if such a law came up. ANd if they were to actually display any arms, there should not even be any investigation. Unfortunately, today we just have to put up with this thuggery and just hope we will not be the catch of the day. There is no way police can properly identify themselves at such a haste. If enough people started standing up to the police state and the federal abuse we see every day, the local Hillbilly thugs would not dare to trespass where they were never given the right to do so. Police abuse is an outrage wherever it happens and whenever applied on a broad basis, hampers the citizens right to feel free and unrestrained according to laws on the books.
Less Police, more freedom, more peace.
