Nuckolls County Deputy Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge

An investigation by the Nebraska State Patrol Troop C Headquarters- Grand Island has led to the arrest of 48-year-old Scott Stemper of 456 East 1st Street, Nelson, Nuckolls County, Nebraska .. Stemper, who is the Chief Deputy for the Nuckolls County Sheriff's Office was taken into custody at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2009.

I totally agree with getting rid of him. I grew up in Nelson, know his wife and kids. Who is someone from Idaho to comment on this issue?? What the heck do you know?? Also, getting his job back should be out of the question-He is a COP!! You better believe he would go after someone else doing this, so what makes it right for him to be able to do it and get away with it AND still have his job??!!
