DPS Trooper Fatally Shoots Murder Suspect

The suspect wanted for the murder of a San Angelo woman and the wounding of another, Manuel Alcantar, was reportedly shot and killed by a Concho County DPS Trooper last evening.

The even better lesson here is not to kill another human being. When you do there is restitution here on earth and again at judgement. Mistake after mistake after mistake. When will folks learn? You folks forget this guy murdered a woman in cold blood then ran like a coward? And Stephanie - wow, so are you Alcantar's woman that had his baby? If so I guess it was your mom he killed? And you still love him? That explains more than I care to know. Your poor baby.
