ruffneck Beckley, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jun 6, 2011 Whats up with all the graffiti on all the street signs and on the road on old eccles and down thru eccles ? old eccles is such a nice neighborhood its a shame to see someone trashing up the place. its going to be funny with some good samaritan catches the punks doing it and they take the paint can and shoves it where the sun dont shine ! If the little punks wana live in the getto move to east beckley leave my neighborhood alone
