Woman faces 10 felonies for unpaid child support in Eau Claire County

Wow, my ex should face the same charges...never paid a dime - moved out of state and still has yet to pay anything, my son is 24 now, but the deadbeat owes $35,000.00 think I'll ever see it? I only asked for $150 a month, and he still couldn't pay.

Easy to make, tough to take care of for some...

Too bad that isnt MY ex. Mine owes almost 90,000 in arrears but the county doesnt seem to want to be as proactive as the one in this story. I hope that woman gets what she deserves!

Dead Beat Mommy!

My X deadbeat mommy owes over 32K and because I was blackmailed into having to use Child Support Enforcement in FL they are way to slow at getting her served with a court notice. Meanwhile she seems to be able to party and get herself arrested for assault and disorderly conduct 3 times in a month, but sends no money much less even a birthday card to her 2 oldest children. She has no other responsibilities because she recently also lost custody of her 2 youngest children for the same reasons I had her leave. She is an unfit mother as well as a deadbeat mother.

My X Deadbeat Mommy owes me over $60,000.00 in back child support. She certainly was/is capable of paying as she is a Public School Teacher!!!

That's an obscene amount of money to be in arrears. I hope you can collect at least some of what's owed you, though honestly I doubt you'll ever see it. Isn't there anything that you can do, legally?

Apparently not if the DEADBEAT is a Mother!! By the way when a child is born proving who the mother is, is obvious. Not so for the Fathers who are often cuckholded by these same gentle, kind, caring, loving mothers!!!!!

If you doubt your paternity, do a paternity test. But, really, didn't you love and raise your children as though they were your own blood anyway?(I know my stepchildren couldn't be more mine if I had pushed them out my own pelvis.) This woman in Florida facing the felonies is a good start on tracking down deadbeat parents. Does Wisconsin have such a thing? I'm rooting for you, TA, that you can recover some of what is legally yours.

OH! Of course Wisconsin has such a thing! Eau Claire County is pursuing her. TA, maybe you can get ahold of the county to start the ball rolling?

Zen, The county is part of the crime!! In every divorce with child a child support order is mandatory!! In my case the Child Support Agency, Corporate Counsel, The "Judge", the Guardian ad Litem, both parties attorneys, and any other "court officers" are all implicated in this crime.

They can just move out of state and not have to face getting arrested right?

If they just move out of state they don't have to face jail time correct?
