Man accused of spitting on officer's Egg McMuffin

WOW! There's way to much hatefulness in the world.

He would have gotten the chair if it would have been a doughnut.

He should have been promoted to store manager.

Well I hope it was a trophy lunger.

This story cracks me up. I wonder if the cops name is "Farva" I've spit in as*holes burgers in my past but not a lugey. and most definatly not a pigs burger. perfect example of a cop abusing his power though. I mean a felony... Rediculous.

This story needs more information. Unless someone ratted on him at Mcdonalds what other evidence is there to arrest him. And why would the cop give back the sandwich to a assistant manager. He should've kept it for DNA testing, no spit you must aquit!

Tampering with someone's food is a serious charge. He's lucky he's getting off this easily.

Allegedly means a fact has been stated with-out being proven. So untill the fact is proven to be true the dude is innocent.

No, "the dude" is not guilty until proven guilty. Only he really knows if he's innocent.
