it's sad to see the place where my parents worked for 30 years be torn down...walked past that place for many years, going back and forth to Heil Pool or school..SS has changed so much...but it was a great place to live back then...walking everywhere carefree.

Have you been in SS, lately? You wouldn't want to walk over there anymore, unless you have a gun, LOL

My sister in law moved to SS Eastona couple years ago. Within 6 months, she had her window shot out of her car by someone shooting at someone else, and heard gunfire on her street once. They broke their lease and moved out immediately after the second shooting. They also are much happier people now, can sleep at night and spend time in their yard w/o fear.

Easton SS is a rough place, I never lived there, I don't think I would like to, hearing these posts, I can't sleep as it is, only 5 hours a night, Have a friend who lived there, she got out, they moved to Wilson, having same problems there too, people from SS moved to Wilson, making it like SS, she said, not safe any were, I live in Belfast, nice area away from the city.

They sure don't need a CVS over in SS, they should put something else, more trouble over in that area than any thing, wow, how stupid, feel sorry for the old timers.

Southside will never be that place again. Times have changed. Dont blame it on the people. Government State + City has sucked the life out of every person + project. Police keep getting lawsuits tahat lead to taxs , crime, City blockwatch has taken controll + dont know a damn thing about law. Just how to disrupt the community as bad as the criminals breaking more laws than anyone. Morganelli uses non documented people to help keep laws. That is correct! So tell me when this place will roll the years back?

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
