At the end of the next day, he should be freed and the lieing little s*l*u*t and her parents should be arrested for prostitution, entrapment, child endangerment, and Federally charged with Internet crimes. SHE is the criminal here, not him.

When this story came out yesterday there were other comments -- one towards the end --- said something like when will the mc get the real story --- girls having sex with coaches at the veledrome?" What is going on out there? I hate to say this but when kids are involved in sports that are outside the school district parents have no recourse. At least if a school coach gets caught the school district has to investigate. Gym, cycling and other activities out of school it seems to be a snake pit. Parents beware. Oh and watch out for fellow atheletes I saw one who was a predator to little boys. That one was caught, put in Northampton jail and 2 years later was after another little boy. Life is terrilbe today

This kind of stuff is everywhere.My daughter was touched by her uncle who helps with the altoona foot ball team and girls basketball.Still helps out the school kids.They said because he wasnt charged with anything nothing could be done.Please even if the cops cant do anything parents talk to your kids.I dont wonna see anyone go through what my child has.Altoona girls be safe.

I agree 100%. This girl is lying, and should be charged with everything they could charge her with. If she told him she was 18, how is he supposed to know she was NOT 18? Entrapment for sure. And her parents, need to have their heads examined too. She is a little pig. She even told him to bring different colored condoms, the bitch, although you won't see that in the MC.

Well if she is 15 and he is 51 you can't tell me from looking at her he couldn't tell she was underage but then again my 12 year old looks like she is 18 and so does my 16 year old. All parties involved (girl, parents, and coach) should have charges filed against them...Shippman is a good attorney to bad he defends scum all the time....I wonder if he sleeps well at night knowing he may get this guy off with just a slap on the wrists!

The guy did something wrong. I'm not convinced it was illegal, though. Maybe people should request copies of birth certificates as well as AIDS/HIV tests before having sex with strangers.

In this day, I find it just as plausible that the girl was looking for sex as a man who had just raped a girl would leave a used condom at the scene of the crime. The charge definitely needs to be investigated fully, but I dont think that we will be able to settle it in this forum. Hopefully, the courts will be able to determine the truth.

I agree with the posters who say this girl AND her parents should be charged! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! The guy didn't track her down on his own...she obviously gave him her address and arranged the meeting! She posed as an adult and even ASKED HIM TO BRING CONDOMS!!! Her lying about every other facet of the story kinda makes the rape allegation a little hard to believe...
Yes, the coach is a pig for cheating on his wife...but other than that, it doesn't really appear that he [knowingly] committed any crime. This girl, on the other hand, lied consistantly to appear of legal age. She AND her idiot parents should be held accountable!

She may be 14 or 15, but posted ads saying she was 19 and giving a full history of employment etc. How much did the guy need to do to verify her age. I doubt many guys or girls 'card' dates before going out. SHE IS DEAD WRONG AND SHE IS THE ONE THAT SHOULD BE ON TRIAL

How long is it going to take for parents to realize that they need to monitor their children's internet access and cell phone records??? This is a common thing for girls to do when their parents both work and give them to much freedom. Who is to blame here? All parties. How many underage girls are going to get away with this? Look at what the girls did to that guy that worked at PK in Jim Thorpe. The guy got charged but nothing happened to the girls. They got away with it and so did their parents.
