Welcome!! Lady Justice is Blind! Also, deaf and dumb!!! It is not the Law as it is written. The problem is with those who enforce and enterpret those laws, throw in a little personal prejudice, who you know, and there you have it,, God Bless America!!!!!! |

So you have never had any alcohol and gotten behind the wheel? Well, bless you, I'll wait for your cannonization - as for me, I did this plenty when I was younger, we didn't really think about it in those days, nor did law enforcement (yes, the stone age). I now work in a prison and my views on this type of thing have changed dramatically. I personally do not want to spend my tax dollars on people like this, those that have exercised poor judgement...not sure what the answer is, but I would rather pay to incacerate and separate the PREDATORS from us... I am sorry for those that lost their loved ones, I am going through that myself right now, It's not easy. |
You know-it-alls from N. York should have stayed there. Are you a doctor? How defensive can you be when a truck is about to plow into you? Let me tell you, when I am navigating through the Poconos on 209, it's the N. York and Jersey drivers that are speeding-passing in no-passing zones, and causing the stop and go traffic into Marshall's Creek. Used to be a nice area, but now it's overbuilt and traffic can be a nightmare. Why,'cause you folks want to make the big money elsewhere and then bring your bad habits there. Anyway... a relative said the cyclist's limbs were torn off. Tell me how a helmut would have prevented that? |

P.S. If the hillbilly, redneck bars bother you, why don't you move back to THE CITY.

Prayers and thoughts go out to Barbara's family today... instead of celebrating her birthday, they are grieving the loss of a loved one whose life ended far too short.
